Youth Ministry
At Ginter Park we aim to cultivate a community in which youth may learn about the Christian faith, engage in open and honest dialogue about challenging theological issues, find friends (of all ages!), grow as individuals, and serve the community in meaningful ways.
Youth meet Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 during the school year. The youth also meet onthe first and third Sundays of the month to lead services known as Compline http://ginterparkpc.org/worship/special.htm : a peaceful nighttime service of sung chant, meditation, and prayer. The Compline service is generally held at 8:00 p.m., in the Sanctuary on the first Sunday and away from the church on the third Sunday. We share conversation and a pizza supper prior to Compline, usually beginning at 7:00 p.m.
