Directions to GPPC
Ginter Park Presbyterian Church is located at 3601 Seminary Ave., Richmond, VA 23227. The Sanctuary and education buildings stretch from Chamberlayne Ave. (US Routes 1 and 301) west to Seminary Ave. along Walton Ave., one block south of Laburnum Ave., and one block north of Union Theological Seminary/Presbyterian School of Christian Education.
IF YOU’RE COMING FROM THE SOUTH OR EAST: Driving north on I-95, or driving west on I-64 (the two routes merge in Richmond for a mile), take exit 78 (Boulevard), and turn right onto Hermitage at the end of the exit ramp. This stretch of Hermitage Road ends at Brookland Parkway. Turn right onto Brookland Parkway and continue to the traffic light at Brook Road. Turn left on Brook Road. In a few blocks, you will pass Union Theological Seminary on your right. One block north of the seminary, turn right on Walton Ave. Go one block and turn left on Seminary. We’re on the corner. If you’re driving north on the Powhite Parkway, follow signs for I-95 and Washington, DC, and take the Laburnum Ave. exit immediately before the Powhite merges with I-95 and I-64. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right onto Laburnum Ave. Continue through the traffic light at Brook Road and take the next right onto Seminary Ave. The church will be on your left, one block down.
IF YOU’RE COMING FROM THE NORTH: Driving south on I-95 from Washington, DC, take exit 82 (Chamberlayne Ave.) and continue south on Chamberlayne through the traffic light at Laburnum Ave. Take the next right onto Walton Ave. You may park along Walton, or turn right onto Seminary Ave. and you’ll find the entrance to our parking lot behind the church.
IF YOU’RE COMING FROM THE WEST: Driving east on I-64, take exit 186 for Laburnum Ave. and the Powhite Parkway. Keep to the far right and exit to Laburnum. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Laburnum Ave. Continue through the traffic light at Brook Road and take the next right onto Seminary Ave. The church will be on your left, one block down.
