All are welcome. The gentle movements can increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce pain. Everyone should bring a mat or pad and their curiosity. This is a learning experience and the improvement is noticeable.

SIGN UP TO PROVIDE MEALS FOR SIDE BY SIDE YOUTH
Help guarantee that every youth that comes to Side By Side has access to a hot meal. Community donated meals show the youth that there are people in the community who love, value and support them.
Please avoid peanuts and provide a substantial vegetarian option/salad – you can go all vegetarian if it’s easier. Past meals provided have included pizza, a pre-made pasta dish like spaghetti or lasagna, chili or soup, and barbecue chicken.
Please plan to bring food and drinks for 20. We provide utensils.
The meal is served at 6:30 pm, so we ask that you arrive between 530 - 6:00 pm with the food. There is no oven, but there is a microwave.
The sign up allows one person to sign up for the third Thursday in each month, but feel free to work with a team of people if you want to recruit others to cook with you!
